Currently, this service is available in all Federal Bureau of Prisons and Department of Corrections (DOC) facilities in Iowa and Oklahoma.
In order to utilize CorrLinks, users must have a paid Premier Account subscription.

- Real-time alerts to help you stay connected with your loved ones. Receive push notifications on your device whenever you receive a new message.
- Improved mobile functionality that eliminates the need for constant login.
- Faster message downloads, allowing for efficient communication.
- Previously read messages remain in your inbox and do not require re-downloading.
- Extended message retention period of 60 days instead of the previous 30 days.
- Ability to attach up to three mobile devices to a single account.
- Easier verification process as Captcha is eliminated from the mobile app.
